VCM_ColorManagerMZ

This plugin allows color customization of the following elements:

 - Text(Normal, System, Crysis, Death, skill costs, parameter changes)

 - Text Outlines

 - Gauges(HP, MP, TP, ATB)

 - Selectable Commands/Items

 - Dimmed Windows

 - Damage Sprites(HP/MP Damage/Recover)

Color codes and CSS colors(hexadecimal, rgb, hsl, color names) are supported for all parameters.
